So the issue is that if you try to stop the PWM sequence with the SEQEND0_STOP short, then the sequence is replaying? The correct behaviour should be that the sequence stops at the end, then is not started until TIMER3 times out, which reconfigures the sequence and the COUNTERTOP register?

Good day! Thanks for the quick response to my question! In this case, I want to rigidly synchronize the measurement of the current flowing through a full bridge controlled by PWM0 independent of PWMPERIOD>10us and PWMDUTY>=5us and the frequency generation of PWM sequences. Another goal is to completely turn off the PWM and SAADS modules between these PWM sequences in order to save energy Sincerely, Bond.

Just to clarify, you're trying to use the TIMER, PWM AND SAADC peripherals to create a Programmable Gain Amplifier?
