&lt;p&gt;Do you have any nRF5 board running as the UART peripheral so your nRF51 dongle can scan and find it ?
You need one nRF5 works as the central (on the PC) and one works as the peripheral so the central can connect to.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, the Master Emulator is very very old (3 4 years old) we depreciated it. For now, please use the &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver"&gt;pc_ble_driver&lt;/a&gt; , a python binding is provided &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver-py"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
