You need one nRF5 works as the central (on the PC) and one works as the peripheral so the central can connect to.</p> <p>Anyway, the Master Emulator is very very old (3 4 years old) we depreciated it. For now, please use the <a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver">pc_ble_driver</a> , a python binding is provided <a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver-py">here</a>.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
