 My purpose is sending data using BLE module like this: 
 Custom Board -&amp;gt; BLE Module -&amp;gt; Android Phone. 
 It works fine.

&lt;p&gt;I think you run into the same issue described in &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/160873/send-large-amount-of-data-over-nus/"&gt;this case&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please have a look at that and see if you can solve the issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If not I will try to modify the example myself, but that will take a couple of days.&lt;/p&gt;
