&lt;p&gt;For nrf51: write in the NRF_UICR-&amp;gt;RBPCONF register 0x00000000.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For nrf52: write 0xFFFFFF00 into NRF_UICR-&amp;gt;APPROTECT register.&lt;/p&gt;
