I'm sure for people who need those features, it may be worth the effort to port their code to SDK 13 or 14.

I don't use or need either of those features, so I don't see a pressing need to spend time porting code.

here are some reasons to migrate with the nRF52832: SDK13(support for 20 concurrent links), migrating further to SDK 14 gives you also support for BLE5 2Mbps mode(S132 v.5).

I will continue using SDK 12 for nRF51.

Is there any reason to migrate existing nRF52 code running ok using SDK 12, to SDK 14 ? I didn't think it would build without being modified ( ported ) to SDK 13 or SDK 14?

Ps. Actually I have a SDK11 nRF52 application as well, but I think the same thing applies.

Hi Roger,

You are right. Development and support for the nRF51 is stopped from SDK v13.

We will have bug fix release if it's needed. But there is no schedule for that just yet.

If you want something implemented from sdk v13 (the latest SDK now is v14) you would need to port it to work with nRF51.
