&lt;p&gt;Currently, only the ST baluns are certified/recommended for the nRF51822.
For the nRF51822 QFN package, the BAL-NRF0&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;D3 should be used.
For the nRF51822 WLCSP package, the BAL-NRF0&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;D3 should be used.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Edit: There are now more baluns that can be used:&lt;/p&gt;
