Hi Sam,

I won't be able to share the code because of its confidentiality but i may be able to help you.

i have just did it straight forward, just took the nordic uart example as base and sampled the ecg data at 125sps and trimmed the ecg data to 16 bits, send the data as notification.

for testing purposes you can use the Adafruit Bluefruit LE Connect [ios] but its better to make an app as nguyen suggested.

FYI Adafruit Bluefruit LE Connect [ios] can plot the ecg nicely. but the corresponding android version cannot.

The source code is avail. You can rig the hrs to take your data for plotting instead
