Just want to mention that I had the same issue as yours. Using the correct s120 header files which came with the SoftDevice resolved it.

When developing, always use the header files that belong to the version of the SoftDevice you are using.

We sometimes make SoftDevice releases (e.g. alpha releases) without making a corresponding SDK release, and in those cases there may be incompatabilities between the SoftDevice and what is in the existing SDK.

I had some similar issues with the SD120 1.0.0-3. Maybe you could try to replace the include files from the SDK path "\nrf51822\Include\s120" with the files comming with the newest softdevice. My guess is, that the changes in the file "nrf_soc.h" are the important ones. After that it worked for me perfectly with 1.0.0-3.

Ok, I've been able to get it working with v1.0.0-1, both on Linux and Windows. So looks more like a bug in v1.0.0-3.
