Problem solved, i remove the shunt between VDD and VTC and all working fine.

why have you connected "VDD" and "VTC" together ? P20 should only used when programming other nRF5x chips, e.g. on custom boards.

Hi,

With and new computer, new cable, still doesn't work.

Here is the J-link version (with nrfjprog -v)

C:\Users\Franck>nrfjprog -v
nrfjprog version: 9.6.0
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.16a

When i launch J-Link commander i got this :

SEGGER J-Link Commander V6.16a (Compiled Jun  6 2017 12:43:26)
DLL version V6.16a, compiled Jun  6 2017 12:42:51

Connecting to J-Link via USB...O.K.
Firmware: J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi compiled Mar  2 2017 12:22:13
Hardware version: V1.00
S/N: 682961230
VTref = 3.300V

I download the file, and when i drag/drop into removable drive, a Fail.txt appears

Error while connecting to CPU

On the hardware, the pin "VDD" and "VTC" are connected together (on P20 connector)

What J-Link version are you using? You can check with nrfjprog -v

Have you tried connecting with J-Link Commander? Does it say something like:

Connecting to J-Link via USB...O.K.
Firmware: J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi compiled Nov 14 2016 16:58:29
Hardware version: V1.00
S/N: 683379432
VTref = 3.300V

Could you try with a new USB cable? and maybe on another computer?

If this is still not working, you could try to reflash the J-Link with nRF5x-OB-JLink-IF found here (drag and drop into removable drive)

Here is the result : "ERROR: Recover failed. Please make sure that the correct device family is given" "ERROR: and try again

Even with nRF Go Studio, i can't recover (application is freezing when i click on recover button)

Could you try to recover the board? i.e. nrfjprog -f nrf52 --recover
