The pull configuration seems to exist as of SDK 14.2:

Wonder what happens if you define it as some other number, like 2?

I have used the same process as you follow in SDK13 for sdcard, but in my case its not working.I have used different sd card (kingston) ,I have make same hw connection as per below snap. so let me know Is there any changes in hw/sw ? I have use NRF52840__PCA10056 __Fatfs example. please check this image.infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp

The nrf_drv_spi_init() of SDK14.0.0 now use a pull down (instead of no pull in sdk13.0.0) for the MISO. The SD card need a pull up in MISO to work correctly, if there is an external pull up, it will conflict with the internal pull down and lead to not allowed voltage level. When i change in nrf_drv_spi_init() the pull down with a pull up, the Transcend 2GB TS2GUSD work normally.

To avoid future problem, it would be great that nrf_drv_spi allow the configuration of the pull (with sdk_config.h or in nrf_drv_spi_config_t ?).

I found that the example is working with another SD card:

Panasonic 8GB RP-SMLE08DA1 : SDK13+14 OK
Transcend 2GB TS2GUSD : SDK13 OK, SDK14 KO
Swissbit 2GB SFSD2048N3BM1TO-I-GE-2CP-STD : SDK13+14 KO

It's perhaps a timing issue but it would be great to correct the problem so more SD card can be used.
