This issue has been resolved. It due to improper setup in crossworks.

I am not familiar with CrossWorks. What I can suggest is to create a new project then import the source code.

I am sorry for I did not give out the complete information at the first time. I am using Cross Studio 3.7.5. I can this cross studio to load in example of SDK13.0.1 and make it compiling and debugging properly. I just got stuck with this debug issue. Thanks!

Could you give details of your build environment?

You mention GCC, however you have not said whether you are using an IDE or simply using GDB on the command line

I have compiled and linked properly with NRF52 setting. I also can debug it using NR52 DK board in assembly view mode. It's just I can't set debug point in source code which is very inconvenient. I did not found any related issue base on your suggestions.

You didn't provide much info. I am guessing that you forgot to change processor settings.
The nRF51 is a Cortex-M0. The nRF52 is a Cortex-M4F. Make sure your compiler settings are for the right processor. Don't forget to replace the startup code and linker script as well.
