The Master control Panel is available for download under these product pages (Might be protected by the product key). Note that the master control panel is not really needed as it is possible to evaluate the Beacon kit using the nRF Beacon apps for Android and iOS. Both apps support usage, configuration and DFU of the Beacon kit.
