I did not realize that the ble_app.zip was the sample application to download that was signed with the correct keys. Once I realized that I:</p> <ol> <li>erased flash</li> <li>programmed softdevice_bootloader_secure_ble_debug_without_bonds_s132.hex</li> <li>reset</li> <li>open nRFConnect</li> <li>downloaded ble_app_buttonless_dfu_without_bonds_s132.zip</li> </ol><div style="clear:both;"></div>
