ok i've found part of my problem, i was using an older version of the arduino SDK.

i've now upgraded the code and it's working well with ios7, but unable to discover it with windows 8 which was previously working.

i'll open another discussion

thanks for your quick response.

i had actually watched that video previously, but was still having trouble so i was trying to get more information.

I've since discovered that my HID keyboard is working with windows 8 but not with iphone 5 running ios7.

i'll keep investigating. Might call for a new discussion.

Hi Damian, I found one video in the following path: \ble-sdk-arduino-master\documentation\libraries\BLE\examples\ble_HID_template\Creating a Bluetooth HID Device from a USB HID device.mp4 Although it is not exactly the same as the file name you mentioned, but I am sure that you can find the related content in that video.
