Hi,

I'm interested in adding telephony HID too. I've tried a lot of HID reportmap configurations but without any success. Is anybody here who has working example?

I'm also interested in adding a telephony call control in HID my report map. Did you find out a solution about this ? Is it working with IOS and android ?

Thanks for your comment! I would really appreciate if you can do that. I'll search more about ANCS but maybe as I want to support both platforms (Android and iOS) HID should be better. My biggest problem is how to properly set a custom report map from the scratch, I'm a beginner in this subject and I found the official USB documents about this a bit hard to understand, gotta take time to study them well. However, it is good to hear that it should be able to implement this goal using HID, at least I know I'm in the right direction :) Once again, thanks for your help.

Hi,

We do not have a ready-made example showing this functionality unfortunately. It should be able to implement this with the hid telephony report map, and/or Consumer page map. For IOS you also have the option to use ANCS. See this post. If I find time, I can try to make an example using HID telephony map.
