Hm, I have a proposal. What about to read the specification yourself? Previous point is mentioned there, anti-collision and UID parts as well.

It could be designed like that but it's not the case of Nordic devices. Simply hard/costly to implement (my guess of course)

Can the device respond to NFC code scan without powering the MCU … can only NFC block get activated to respond for a scan by reader ? We don’t need the MCU to come alive. and - Does it have unique code like any NFC TAGs(I mean the unique identification code of NFC TAG ) ??

Nooooooooooooooooooooo. It cannot, there is no power harvesting from 13MHz field to power the MCU. No MCU, no logic, no processing, no communication. (and yes, this was already asked and answered here on the forum, several times actually)
