I am trying to use a mux change among 3 differential channels. The diff signal then goes through an instrumentation amplifier. The steps I'm using:
switch to ch1, read adc1, wait 3ms
switch to ch2, read adc1, wait 3ms
switch to ch3, read adc1

RE: Using a MUX with nRF51822 ADC

Have you checked the MUX_Ax lines with logic analyzer/scope? I'm using mbed. Basically a mux ADG659 chooses a differential channel, that goes through an instrumentational amp AD623. Finally ADC of the Nordic is used to read out the signal at the output of the instrumentational amp.

RE: Using a MUX with nRF51822 ADC

You are using mbed?
