Thank you very much Hung Bui, flashing the device with nrfjprog seems to have fixed the problem. Now i am only wondering why changing flashing method affect getting hard faults?

SES is Segger Embedded Studio. nRFGo Studio is deprecated soon, you should consider use nrfjprog for programming, especially when testing mesh.

What is SES? I have never heard of it. And why should i not use nRFGo Studio to flash the chips?

How did you flash the softdevice ? Please don't use nRFGo Studio and don't select softdevice protection. Try to use SES to flash (it will flash both the softdevice and the application) instead of nRFGo Studio. I attached the light control server I compiled on my computer, if you need to test.

@Hung Bui. I have done that, and i still get the hardsfault error when using J-Link RTT Viewer.

Hi Hvem,

Please make sure you erase the flash completely (use ERASEALL) before you test. Most likely this error occurred because of the wrong data in flash.
