Have you tried debugging, to see if the application is running and where it stops? Which compiler are you using? Could you upload the project for testing?

Yes, if the size of the application is smaller than 28KB then everything works fine.

The application does not work (the central device does not see nrf51822). I changed all settings IROM1: 0x18000; 0x8000 and IRAM1: 0x20002000; 0x2000. It is worth mentioning that if the program is higher than 28Kb then the application does not work (the current is a very high a few mA) otherwise everything is good. Is it possible that the problem lies in the fact that I have four services and each of them has approximately four characteristics? At the same time, one characteristic is long 300bytes maybe these facts need more space in flash. If so how I can find out these values.

Is the issue only with the verification, or does the application not work? Did you change the ROM settings in your project? If you have set the application to utilize the full 256 kB of the AA chip, verification might try to read an area outside the chip flash, causing the verification to fail.
