&lt;p&gt;If you are talking about the nRF51 series (it&amp;#39;s good practice to tag your questions with the relevant product tag)  then use this function:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set() (in ble_gap.h)&lt;/p&gt;
