Thank you very much! I've changed the libmbedcrypto.a with new compiled from clean openthread files and everything works really good. My application sends one portion of data every couple of minutes so i don't need to accelerate cyptography. In idle state my board draws only 4,5uA. This is great for me.

Of course. In fact, support for hardware-accelerated cryptography utilizing ARM CryptoCell-310 is only available in mbedTLS library (libmbedcrypto.a) provided with the nRF5 SDK for Thread. The library available in OpenThread repository does not support hardware acceleration. So when you build OpenThread stack for nRF52840 platform directly from OpenThread repository (github.com/.../openthread), you get the stack without CryptoCell support. Is there any way to use mbedtls without hardware acceleration?

In two months, November 2017. But I expect someone will look into this issue earlier and when we find a workaround we will post it here.

Thank you for your feedback. We plan to power-optimize Thread examples as part of the next release of nRF5 SDK for Thread, so we will look into this issue.
