I&amp;#39;m building a parts database for a device our company is planning on manufacturing and I couldn&amp;#39;t find this information in the spec sheet.

&lt;p&gt;The weight should be around 12-13 mg. Take a look at the &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf51/dita/nrf51/pdflinks/nRF51_env_reports.html?resultof="&gt;Material Composition Reports&lt;/a&gt; in the infocenter, and you can find the accurate numbers for the different IC variants.&lt;/p&gt;
