This helped me correcting the error. Updating the jlink and nrfgo makes the difference. Thank you

What kind of J-Link debugger/programmer are you using? Which version of J-Link driver are you using? Have you tried updating to a newer version? Please install the latest version of the nRF5x Command Line Tools.

Could you elaborate more on this? What is the relationship between irom1 and iram1 options and soft device version?

I suggest asking about this on the segger forums. Also, 0x02000004 isn't an address with anything mapped to it, so you're not going to be able to read it.
