If you do not allready have this, you need to create a MyPage account. You then need to add the serial-number that followed with the kit into the account under "MY KEYS". If you are having issues with this, please create a support case on MyPage and we will help you with the access.

tx. that is what it seemed, though we were hoping to avoid that until we were past our test market. i did click on the link for the "reference layout/hardware files " but it seems the id and login i have been using does not give access to that .. or is that an error of some sort (here or there, but i just set up the accoount so my id and pw have been working of course since i am using it here)tx again, Mark

So what you are looking for is actually a 3rd party board (using Nordic IC).. I'm not aware of any specific boards in of that size with RGB LEDs. The nRF51822 Beacon kit is a reference design, and you are free to use the reference layout/hardware files to produce your own boards, if you have bought the kit.

sorry if i was not clear.. we are looking for a tag like this one: www.ebay.com/.../142189989861 though this one is single color LED and we are looking for RGB LEDs. (we used the dev kit one i referenced above for development but now cannot find a nordic tag in this approximate size/shape with RGB). thanks again

From your origial question, I think this was a valid follow-up question. Since you did not answer it, I will have to guess what your request is about. All our development kits (nRF51 DK - nRF52 DK - nRF52840 PDK) come with 4 user-programmable LEDs. The Nordic Thingy:52 reference design also come with configurable RGB LED. If you could describe in more details what you are looking for, and answer the follow-up questions, there will be a lot easier to help you find the best alternative for your needs.

I HAD ASKED THIS QUESTION: we have used the NRF51822-BEACON KIT EVAL BLUETOOTH SMART BEACON which includes RGB LED, but cannot find a non dev kit model with RGB LEDs . can you recommend one with either multi-colored LEDs or multiple LEDs?

and got a question back if i was looking for third party products. i was asking if there any Nordic products that have either multiple LEDs or single RGB LED?tx

What do you mean by "non dev kit model"? Do you want a commercially available beacon device with multiple LEDs or RGB LED? We don't have a list of 3rd party beacons available yet, but most likely, one will be available on this page soon.
