My job is to migrate a functionnal code made with IAR to GCC Eclipse.
When I compile with IAR and flash the hex file (softdevice and application) using nRFgo Studio, it works fine ! I can connect to my module and works well.

I had to comment some code. With several researches I found out that there are some gcc flags, and I canceled my changes, now it compiles fine.

I didn't try debugging, but I used the default Makefile and adapt it for my project. May be I miss something with linker.

RE: Unable to find the module using nRF UART

What did you have to change? Have you tried debugging the application and check for error codes? Have you tried using the default Makefile from the SDK, with the additional defines needed for your application?
