Try reinstalling the SEGGER driver, or nRF5x command line tools first. If this does not help, you can try reinstalling Keil. Keil 4 should work with nRF52832, but you will have to install the MDK found in the SDK root directory.

Thanks. is it mean to reinstall same Keil package(V5.24.2). will keil4 works with nRF52852.

Hi, Which Target Board you connect.

and you should also download nRFgo studio. link text

For example SDK12.3: 1.you should use nRFgo studio download softdevice hex file(nrf51422/ sd130 or nrf52832/sd132) 2.keil compile ble example and download to target board by keil or nRFgo.
