Would like to do this on a Windows PC. I don't see a way to do this with nRF Connect - any ideas?

RE: nRF Connect on Windows PC - any way to continuously scan?

Thanks!
It should let you capture all the advertisement packets on the air, and by connecting it to Wireshark you should be able to filter packets matching any device address you want.
