can i know how did you change it to use internal RC oscillator.Any changes in code in ble_stack_init().

HI I got the board to work.I had wrongly configured the radio to use the external 32KHz oscillator for BLE stack .But I am not using external 32 KHz crystal.When I change it to use the internal RC oscillator the board works fine.

Are you able to get non-radio examples to work? For example a simple LED blinky example?
What kind of 16MHz crystal do you use? Are the two unconnected pins really supposed to be left unconnected? Are you sure they are not supposed to be grounded?

Hi Jorn .I have added the circuit schematic and bottom side layout image as well.I have used 2 layer FR-4 board with 0.5mm substrate thickness.

Could you please post a picture of your circuit schematic as well? Also please post a a picture of your layout mid and bottom layers.
