If you want to generate interrupt on level changes, you need to look into the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk51.v9.0.0/group__nrf__gpiote.html?cp=4_0_8_6_6_13">GPIOTE peripheral</a>.
