&lt;p&gt;Windows XP is supported, and should be working (we test with it prior to each release).
You mention that there&amp;#39;s another JLINK instance which cannot be recognized properly.
Have you tried to manually point it to the driver path?
Should be &amp;quot;C:\Program Files\Seggger\JLinkOB_CDC*&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you tried loading the uart_example for PCA10000 onto the board to see if you get anything at all?
