The ble_app_uart will however work with the PCA10001 + MasterEmulator&#39;s nRFUART, normally located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Emulator\2.1.7.8226</p> <p>You&#39;ll need to copy the .exe to the above folder in order for it to run.</p> <p>Note: You will not get an UART device enumerated in windows, see this thread for more info: <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/index.php/is-there-a-serial-port-profile-for-ble">devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../is-there-a-serial-port-profile-for-ble</a></p> <p>Best regards Håkon</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
