Sometimes I have this problem and now I know that the solution is to flash softdevice by nRFGo app. Recently, when I posted this question, I didn&amp;#39;t use a nRFGo app, and tried to download softdevice by bootloader mode (by connecting with RESET pressed and copy file to the bootloader dics). Opened pop-up was a typical Windows pop-up with info that there was to little place on disc to copy file.
