The provisionee need to be in the range of the provisioner for provisioning.</p> <p>What you asking for is the remote provisioning solution that we provided in the SDK. But you need to use both the Remote Provisioning Server and Remote Provisioning Client. The client is the provisioner and the server is the relay.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
