Thanks for reply. I erased everything using nRF STUDIO and then flashed it. It worked.

I would first erase everything on the nrf52840 using nrfgo studio, then flash the s140 softdevice using nrfgostudio. Then, I would try to flash the code using Keil to the nrf52840.

Hi, sir ! I'm also facing this problem. I used SDK14.0.0_3bcc1f7 and tried to download firmware into PCA10056 by KEIL, but the error message " Flash download failed " was shown, but it worked with NRF Studio. The J-Link interface MCU firmware version is "J-LINK OB SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi ".

Hi Ashish. Could you please provide some more info: What SDK version are you using? Did you have any issues flashing the softdevice to the nrf52840? Is the power-switch set to VDD?
