Could you check that the path to the cc1.exe file is correct in SEGGER Embedded Studio?
To do this: Go to your project settings -> select the common configuration -> Select build and check if the "Tool Chain Directory" path is correct. Also make sure that the cc1.exe file is in that folder.
However, the SDK v14.1 is now released, and has support for SES. I would recommend you to use that SDK instead, as it contains ready to use SES examples.

Hi Joakim, I tried reintall my SEGGER Embedded Studio but it dont help. I see that everything is good when my example is on C:\Users\Butu\Downloads. However when the example is on C:\ , I get the above error.

Hi Butu.
It might be caused by a bad install. Could you try to reinstall SEGGER Embedded Studio and see if that helps?
