Hi Filipp!

The link isn't broken, it is supposed to send you to the infocenter page about the ble_app_hrs example. The infocenter page contains different information about the example, but not the example itself.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the tutorial page, you will find a section called "Attachments", thats where you download the ble_app_hrs example.
