&lt;p&gt;The link isn&amp;#39;t broken, it is supposed to send you to the infocenter page about the &lt;code&gt;ble_app_hrs&lt;/code&gt; example. The infocenter page contains different information about the example, but not the example itself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you scroll down to the bottom of the tutorial page, you will find a section called &lt;strong&gt;&amp;quot;Attachments&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt;, thats where you download the &lt;code&gt;ble_app_hrs&lt;/code&gt; example.&lt;/p&gt;
