nrfjprog -f nrf52 --recover

Erasing user code and UICR flash areas.

I didn't use the soft device. I just want to download the blinky example , but I failed. i tried to erase the flash , but I can't get the erase option in the nrfgo studio. It shows no device detected

What kind of application are you using it for? Does it require the SoftDevice? or not? It can happen that your nRF52832_xxAA is already programmed with softdevice and you are using some other application which does not require softdevice. In that case, erase the softdevice first and then try flashing again the firmware.
