Click the message symbol next to the globe below the search button, and see if you can find your PM there.

I have seen the same thing. I got an email that said:

" Hi fliptron. You have received a new private message from auko at devzone.nordicsemi.com. Go to devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ to view the message. "

and I got this response:

"Sorry, but the post that you are trying to access is not available."
