Although, your issue could be because of an incompatible SoftDevice version. Looking at that bootloader hex file, it looks like it is from 1 year ago. If you are using the latest version of SoftDevice with that old bootloader hex file, maybe things will not work.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
