I went back to SDK 13 and find out that now even SDK 13 have the same problem. I tried also my custom board who worked before and now not anymore. I think it was some windows update that changed things. But I found out something else. If I connect my board to a PC it disconnects after 2 seconds (I watch the NRF log). But when I use my custom PC program that access characteristics on the BT device, the connection is established automatically and is on until the program ends. So in the end that is all that matters. But still strange behavior.

Which SDK examples worked for you in SDK 13, but not in 14?

I tried the ble_app_hrs example and still the same problem.

I just tried running the ble_app_hrs example code on my nrf52832 dk by flashing the hex file using nrfgostudio (s132 v5.0.0, sdk 14.0.0) and connected via my Windows 10 laptop to the Nordic_HRM device. I did not have any issues connecting to the nrf52832 via Bluetooth settings in Windows. I have been connected for a few minutes now and everything seems fine. Have you tried to use the ble_app_hrs example under the "examples/ble_peripheral folder"?

Ble scanner is for windows phone and I don't have problem with windows phone. I have problem with Windows 10 PC. With SDK 13 examples I could connect to Windows 10 normaly but not with SDK 14. Don't you have any PCA10040 board to test this?

How are you connecting your nrf52 to your pc? You could try to use the microsoft ble scanner. In addition, this case might be helpful.

This cases are not really connected with mine. I didn't change the examples and I use development board. So this should work. Did you test it with windows 10? Btw. the connection is stable with my Windows Phone.
