&lt;p&gt;This depends on what you are using the chip for. There is a &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52810.ps/chapters/current_consumption/doc/frontpage.html?cp=2_2_0_4_1"&gt;dedicated section&lt;/a&gt; in the product specification about current consumption. If you compare the radio current consumption specifications between nRF52832 and nRF52810, you can see that the numbers are sligtly lower for nRF52810:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can base your calculations on slightly lower numbers than the ones given in the &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/power/"&gt;nRF52 Online power profiler&lt;/a&gt;, for typical BLE use-cases.&lt;/p&gt;
