You are probably running into the error-handler, &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/60125/my-device-is-freezing-and-restarting/?answer=60126#post-id-60126"&gt;see this post on how to debug&lt;/a&gt;. You can also post your code here, and I can take a look at it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don’t think the PWM library support this phase delay functionality out-of-the-box, but it should be possible to do using some TIMERS, PPI and GPIOTE. See e.g. &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/49763/generate-two-pwm-waves-with-delay-in-nrf51822/?answer=49901#post-id-49901"&gt;this post&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
