You want to know the application end address? This is define by the memory settings in the application project.

i Want to stored image data to particular known address of flash memory...

i just want to know in which address i stored this image data. so the memory architecture like this...

first => soft device second => application third => image data

so i want to know the starting address of third partition.

I am afraid that I do not quite understand what you want to do. If you're going to have the SoftDevice enabled then you need to use ble_flash_word_write where the first argument is a pointer to a 32-bit address.
