&lt;p&gt;nrf_tls is just an interface between the IoT protocols and mbedtls. I don&amp;#39;t see any reasons why you should not be able to use it with W5100 and the MQTT library, but I do not have any examples or details on how to implement this. I suggest you read the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v14.1.0/lib_iot_security.html?cp=4_0_0_3_23_1_11"&gt;library details&lt;/a&gt; in the documentation and on &lt;a href="https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbedtls"&gt;mbedtls&lt;/a&gt; to get started.&lt;/p&gt;
