&lt;p&gt;Are you using the example from the SDK? or the example from the S140 release?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would recommend using the latest version &lt;strong&gt;S140 6.0.0-6.alpha&lt;/strong&gt;, and use the patch there for ble_app_att_mtu_throughput example for SDK 14.0.
