&lt;p&gt;My problem is solved. the problem was the .dll file not present.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes I have followed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My board is came out of bootloader mode now, Board is working normally,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;But new issue is came for the board connectivity in nrfstudio while flashing code on hardware.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(I am using here nrf52 DK board, for flash program-nRFstudio)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Board is not detecting in the nRFstudio. Previously it is working properly but after above issue the board is not displaying .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This issue is not only for nrf52 dk but same for nrf51 board also.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now&amp;nbsp; unable to load bootloder/softdevice/app file or other .hex from the nRFstudio as below&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt=" " src="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/resized-image/__size/320x240/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/4/pastedimage1562245185131v2.png" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So what steps i have to follow to solve this issue?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have tried your procedure but my board is not coming out of the bootloader mode.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And now it is not showing that bootloader drive also, led also not glowing..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;any another way is there then please let me know.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am stuck last four days to problem.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It is working fine previously but now if i plug in / out usb the&lt;strong&gt; main LED is not blinking.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If i pressed &lt;strong&gt;reset button several time then&lt;/strong&gt; in between it is going into bootloader mode by generating new drive as &amp;quot;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bootloader&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;And it is not showing J-link connection also.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please help me out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provide your input on this issue.&lt;/p&gt;
