It is safe to assume a 3us acquisition will be just as accurate as a 40 us acquisition time (<a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/saadc.html?cp=2_1_0_36_8#concept_qh3_spp_qr">referring to Table 2</a>).
