Thanks. The PCA10036 is not supported so that may be the reason you can't connect that board.
However, you should be able to use the PCA10040. I don't have any problems with it myself. Are you able to see the device in the Windows device manager and verify that the PCA10040 is COM7?

thank u very much. nRF Connect: v2.2.1, board: PCA10040 AND PCA10036( I tried both of them)

Could you provide a little more information? i.e which board you are using, what nRF Connect version you are using.
