I'm doing my part to fix at least one dead end thread on the internet, not for the OP but for people in the future. If they don't want an answer then someone else should clean up the forum.

Looks like you can program the serial bootloader using the C + D pins connected to an SWD programmer like a Segger J-Link. Look at the "Resources and Going Further" Section here: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/nrf52832-breakout-board-hookup-guide/all
The bootloader code is in that repo you linked.

The same way you flashed your code into the breakout board? The hex files seem to reside in github.com/.../hex

I have not used the sparfun board before so my guess may be wrong here.
