Have you already taken a look at this case? Nordic already has an example for how you can use the Eddystone beacon protocol. Here is another example that Nordic has already made available for the nrf52. Is there a reason you want to use UICR? Here is a UICR config example for nrf51 if you are interested. And here is a blog post that supports the Apple iBeacon protocol if you are interested. If I were you, I would look at the code for how Nordic implements beacons and do something similar to that.
